Master of Engineer, was graduated from Environment & Chemical engineering department of Beijing Industrial University in 1990 with major of environmental chemistry. In 2004 Mr. Wang was graduated from Shangdong University, MBA degree and  hired as an expert by China   Rubber Industry Association Rubber Chemical Committee. During his term of general manager of Willing chemical, the company realized continuous, healthy and fast development under his leadership by implementing advanced management, such as increasing R&D  investment, implementing excellent performance management.
Mr. Wang possesses 13 patents, such as manufacturing ZBDC( a rubber vulcanization accelerator, zinc dibenzyldithiocarbamate), TiBTD(a rubber vulcanization accelerator, Diisobutyl disulphide thiuram), a rubber  vulcanization accelerator, Tetraisobutyl thiuram monosulfide. 
The projects that Mr.Wang participated in won the second  Henan Provincial Science & TechProgress Prize once,  the third prize twice, the second and third prize of Henan Provincial Industry & Informatization Science Technology award each, 3 awards from Henan Provincial  Science Technology Prize,  1 first and 2 second prize of Puyang City Science & Tech  Progress. 
Mr. Wang has published more than 20 articles in industrial  periodicals, like Rubber Chemical Industry, Rubber New Materials Industry on Clean M Process Development of Rubber Vulcanization Accelerator, Progress of the Oxidization Technology on Rubber Vulcanization Accelerator, Environmental Friendly Rubber Vulcanization Accelerator TBzTD Technology &Its Application Research Progress.
