3. Cancellation Policy |

1) A processing fee of $50 (￥350) will be charged for cancellations received on or before 10 Sep 2023. 2) A punitive charge of 50% of your registration fee will be processed for cancellations received between 11 September 2023 to 10 October 2023. 3) No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 10 October 2023 and no-shows. 4) Any questions for cancellation, please contact info@irc2023.com. |
