XiangYao , who was born in June 1977, is the founder and chairman of Cheeshine New Materials. Ph.D, practical tutor of professional degree graduate students in University of Science and Technology of China, "part-time professor" in Qingdao University of Science and Technology, executive director of Jiangsu New Materials Industry Association. Yao Xiang won the honorary titles of "Advanced Individual of China Rubber Industry Association", "Leading Talents in Northern Jiangsu Province", "Young and Middle-aged Experts with Outstanding Contributions in Huai'an City" and "Top Ten Innovative Talents in Business Circle in Huai'an City".In 2005, Mr. Yao Xiang founded Cheeshine New Materials, a group company specializing in the development, production and sales of green rubber additives and new rubber materials. Under the leadership of Mr Yao Xiang, Cheeshine closely revolves around the development trend of rubber industry, making clear that enterprise development strategy is taking the market as the pioneer, the technology as the backing, dedicated to exploring the unknown field of rubber. Now it has developed into a national specialized new small giant enterprise and a national high and new technology enterprise. Products with independent intellectual property rights, such as super silane, functional resin, adhesive resin, high temperature resistant crosslinking agent, special reinforcing filler and bio-based special rubber, have been successfully developed. 94 patents have been applied for core technologies, including 3 PCT patents, 32 authorized invention patents and 30 authorized utility model patents. Many innovations have won provincial and ministerial awards such as China Patent Excellence Award.
