Ms. Ying Li, Secretary General of the 8^th Council of the China Synthetic Rubber Industry Association, has been engaged in the technical development and management of synthetic rubber industry for a long period of time. She once held the posts of Deputy Plant Manager of Qilu Branch, Sinopec, also carrying the title of committee member of Synthetic Rubber Division, Rubber and Rubber Product Committee, Standardization Administration of China. Ms. Li holds a Mater Degree in Engineering and the title of Professor Level Senior Engineer, who has issued more than 10 papers and been rewarded more than ten patents of invention and presided over many new product developments of environmentally friendly styrene butadiene rubber.
