Dr. Su obtained his PhD from Tianjin University in Department of Materials in April,1997, and then worked for Rubber and Sealing Department of Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials(BIAM) in fields of high performance rubber materials and Elastomeric Elements. Dr.Su is deputy director of AECC Key Lab on Materials and Application Research for Vibration and Noise Reduction. He has published more than 100 publications and more than 10 patents。
