Changchun LEI, Male, who was born in October 1973. Master Degree, Professor level senior engineer. He is currently the Vice president and Secretary General of the 10th Council of China Rubber Industry Association(CRIA). He was graduated from Hubei University of Technology in 1994 , majoring in rubber and plastic engineering. From July 1994 to September 1996, he served as an engineer in the technical department of Wuhan Plastic Machinery General Factory.

He was graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 1999, majoring in polymer materials and engineering. From July 1999 to December 2012, he served as an Engineer and Manager of Rubber Department of China United Rubber Group Corporation. He joined China Rubber Industry Association(CRIA) in January 2013. He used to be the Secretary General of the Tyre Marketing Committee and the Secretary General of the Rubber Testing Committee.
