Dr. Shuangquan Liao obtained his Ph.D. in Beijing Institute of Technology in 2002. Postdoctoral fellow at The University of Edinburgh in 2006-2007, Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering in Hainan University. Leading Talents in Hainan, Nanhai Master, 515 Talent in Hainan, Backbone teacher in Hainan, National Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker in Rubber Industry. National Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker in Petroleum and Chemical Industry. Dr. Liao has extensive experience in technology and equipment for environmental friendly production of natural rubber, high performance special natural rubber engineering materials, molecular structure and key component analysis and characterization of natural rubber. Dr. Liao has published over 100 research papers in highly-esteemed journals including ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces，Macromol. Rapid Commun，ect.
