Weizhang Yang, male, born in November 1973, professor-level senior engineer, graduated from Northwest University majoring in Analytical Chemistry in July 1997, and currently serves as the Secretary of Party Committee, General Manager and Executive Director of Northwest Rubber & Plastics Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. He enjoys the special government allowance of The State Council. He is the leader of the "Three Qin Scholars" innovation team in Shaanxi Province and one of the first batch of "Typical Figures of Patriotic Intellectuals" of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Working Committee. He is the executive member of China Rubber Industry Association, the vice chairman of Rubber Products Branch of China Rubber Industry Association, the vice chairman of Rubber Committee of CIESC, and the director of China Chemical Enterprise Management Association.
