Lingbo Dong, being the senior engineer, is the Deputy Director of Technology R&D Innovation and Quality Management Center of Triangle Tyre Co., Ltd. He got his Master degree of Polymer Materials Processing and Engineering in Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 2010. And in 2012 to 2013, he went to the University of Akron as a visiting scholar. His research mainly focus on the research and development of new rubber materials, the formula designs of the tyre and the design and improvement of the mixing and vulcanizing techniques.  

Based on the research results, he has received numerous awards, such as the third-class prize for the science&technology advancement of CPCIF, the first prize for enterprises’ outstanding technology achievement in Shandong Province, the third-class patent award in Shandong province and the national award for excellence in patent development. Furthermore, he also has over 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals and holds 16 patents.
