Mr. Fang Zhang is currently Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and President of the Central Research Institute of Sinochem Holdings. He is also the Vice Chairman of the 40th Council of CIESC. He has been served as Assistant to the Dean of Material Chemicals Division of China National Petroleum & Chemical Planning Institute, CTO and Director of Innovation & Strategy Department of Sinochem Group, etc.Mr. Zhang graduated from School of Polymer in East China University of Science and Technology, and obtained Master Degree of Polymer Materials in Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He is a senior professorate engineer that has been engaged in petrochemical and chemical industry planning, strategic research, scientific & technological innovation management and enterprise management for a long time. He was one of the main compilers of the national petrochemical and chemical industry“13th Five-Year” development plan.
