Mr. Jilou Ning, was born in March 1963, who is a Han Chinese from Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, and is a professor level senior engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Baotou Iron and Steel College, School of Metallurgy. Since August 1986, Mr. Jilou Ning has successively served as assistant engineer, engineer, senior engineer of civil engineering department; deputy manager, deputy president, president of the supervision company; general manager of the engineering project department and assistant president of Beijing Research and Design Institute of Rubber Industry Co., Ltd.(BRDI). Mr. Jilou Ning is mainly engaged in construction supervision and management of engineering projects. Based on the petrochemical and civil construction industry, he is specialized in the supervision and technical consulting business of high intelligence and high-tech services in the field of construction engineering, and mainly undertaking engineering consulting in rubber tyre industry, chemical industry and construction industry, and also provide technical support and process parameters in engineering design for the research and development of tyre complete technology. Mr. Jilou Ning is currently a member of the Party Committee and Chief Business Officer of BRDI.
