• Reporting to the GM operations, I develop the Pirelli quality strategy for all different value streams (sourcing, design, manufacture, delivery, service, and customer satisfaction) and KPIs and supervised their implementation and execution.

Aeolus is a tier 2/3 company, focus on industrial tires with 6k employees, # 4 factories all in China
• Reporting to the company’s CEO I managed all the technical functions (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality) and moreover the K-H transfer from Pirelli and Prometeon (Pirelli industrial) to Aeolus.

• Reporting to the CEO of Pirelli Industrial, I managed the Quality worldwide, I developed the quality KPIs and supervised their implementation and execution.
